The delivery of these courses has been both on site and as public courses. She is self-disciplined, enjoys research and has a clear logical ability with excellent interpersonal communication skills with a diplomatic organisational capacity. Julie’s approach to training is engaging and supportive and to motivate her delegates to be a better version of themselves taking their new learning skills and confidence into the workplace.

Our Training Consultants 3Chris Horsfall – Experienced in Microsoft Products with particular expertise in EXCEL, Time Management, Presentation’s skills, Communication skills & ZOOM meetings, Fire Safety including Fire Marshal and Fire Warden Training, and Health and Safety Risk Management including COVID-19.

For the last 12 years now, has combined his love of IT training with Health and Safety consultancy and training. Where onsite training is required, Chris can do this during the day, but sometimes in the evenings or weekends too. He has now completed Fire Awareness and Warden training to over 1500 people. The clients’ needs are a priority for Chris Lately EXCEL seems to be the most popular subject, but no matter which subject Chris teaches, he always tries to tailor the content to the needs of the client and the delegates attending.

Although coming from a military background, Chris does not use conventional military methods He prefers a less rigid method developing flexible courses tempered with the criteria of the client. Chris has an enormous reserve of patience; sufficient to deal with the wide variety of challenges he has  come to expect with any Training. He prides himself  on keeping technically up to date and is familiar with ZOOM when online training is preferred to face to face training. he is enthusiastic about Training and believe that training can be and should be interesting, relaxed, relevant and enjoyable for all involved.
